This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Tool House collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the website, image tools, file-processing features, and related services.
You may upload images, screenshots, PDFs, prompts, and other supported files when using the tools on Creative Tool House. This includes routine file work such as resizing, format conversion, compression, PDF export, and document cleanup.
Uploaded files may be processed locally in the browser or transmitted to the configured backend service when the selected tool requires server-side processing or validation. The site only processes what is needed to complete the requested task and return the output you asked for.
Most tools on Creative Tool House — compression, resizing, cropping, rotation, format conversion, and the PDF merge, split, and convert workflows — run entirely in your browser. Files used with those tools are never transmitted to us and no server-side copy exists. This is the default for the fast, privacy-friendly workflows that make the site useful for everyday file work.
A small number of workflows do require a server. Background removal uploads your image to our backend so a segmentation model can run, and is limited to 5 MB per file. Account creation, sign-in, contact form submissions, and any future billing flow also send the data you type to our backend. Where a workflow sends data anywhere beyond your own device, the tool page says so before you upload.
Uploaded files sent for server-side processing are used only to produce your result and are then deleted. They are not retained in a library, sold, or used to train models.
The platform may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, communications, authentication, payments, and backend processing. Those providers may receive technical data, uploaded files, payment metadata, or support messages depending on the service they provide.
The services in use today are: Google AdSense (advertising), Google Analytics (traffic statistics), our own application server (authentication, contact form, and the few server-side image workflows), and a payment provider that handles checkout if billing is ever enabled. Each of those providers receives only the data needed for its own function.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support users, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce platform terms.
Reasonable safeguards may include encrypted transport, access control, restricted internal access, secure hosting, and infrastructure security practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely immune to risk.
Depending on local law and your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for certain personal information.
Users retain ownership of images, prompts, and other content they upload, subject to the rights needed for Creative Tool Houseto provide the requested services.
Information may be processed in jurisdictions where the service providers, hosting infrastructure, or support systems operate. This may include locations outside the user's country of residence.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and the Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
